Tonight I've completely rebuilt Findingnino and added many features as well as tidied it up a bit, bearing in mind there's a lot of heavy development going on so you may run into some problems. I do believe however you wont, as I'm pretty good at what I do. 

This is what I've done:

First I removed the Wibiya chat bar from the bottom of the pages as it made the site loading times very slow. I have however replaced this with our very own private chat room elsewhere. I then removed some adverts here and there but left some. I took the bit explaining findingnino off the homepage and gave it a dedicated page as well as the meet the editorial board section which now has it's own dedicated page. 

I then added a 'Latest post feeds' page which shows all the authors latest posts and updates them automatically, simply click on the post to read more. 

Added all of the authors to a drop down menu under 'The Authors' to save space on the top menu bar. I also put a brief description on the homepage that we're looking for authors and then when clicked readers can read more, after this they can then proceed to the final application form. 

The last step was adding a chat room, this was easy enough and then after that I gave the site a private chat room and registered it so nobody else can take it.
