When I got the mail from Finding Nino in response to my application, that they want to work with me as blogger and contributor, I got real excited. After some time, I thought about it and a part of me became quite hesitant again, because yes, I love to write and I love to blog but I have never really been all out in making my blogs public. Only few people know my blog site and in fact, it has become my habit to frequently change my blog url. But what the he**. Nothing ever happens without a reason so maybe it’s really just about time to share what I have to say to the world.
Finding Nino. Real Objects. Real Stories. —Well I know I am not fake but can I at least be incognito here?

One of the first questions I asked Finding Nino’s team was if I can hide under a pen name and be like Isla Fisher in Confessions of a Shopaholic who wrote under “The Lady in the Green Scarf.” The magazine stirred public attention because of her article. I was thinking I could write and hide under “Girl WithOUT a Dragon Tattoo.” I can be Mara Rooney (sans all the unfortunate events in her life, sans being bi, and sans being a hacker), only the ability to research and investigate. My profession has trained me to “data mine” and do Boolean Search. Google’s my best friend. And if I were a real writer, say in a magazine, my dream job assignment is to be sent-out in field and prove “I Can Make a Guy Fall For Me in 1 Day” and write about it, only to say, “I Can Actually Make a Guy Fall For me in 10 Seconds”.  Lol… (I am of course wishful thinking!!!) :D I’m really just a self-confessed hopeless romantic.

I’m actually turning 27 this year, single and mingling. If you ever find me in one dating site my profile would say:

My self-summary
Over a year ago, I moved from Manila to Singapore for work. I love my family lots and I super adore my nephews and nieces! I miss kissing and hugging them.

I am a fun loving person and likes to hangout with positive and inspiring people ONLY! I hate negative vibes and tries to stay out of them as soon as I can. I love to smile and laugh a lot!

My friends told me I’m most of the time being abused for being so nice and guess over time I’ve also learned how to bitch around! Proud of it yes… and not at times!

I don’t get even… I get even better!

What I’m doing with my life
I work as an IT Recruiter / Headhunter. I sometimes wish finding my perfect match (or at least, right match) is as easy as hiring someone for a job! But recruiting is actually challenging too! Story familiar? Yes, Friends with Benefits! Makes me wonder how easy it is to hire people for jobs, much more, get the man of my dreams, if I actually look like Mila Kunis. Oh well!!!

Many me-wannabees if not into corporate now:
1. Chef - I studied culinary and baking for some time. Well yeah, i love to cook, and it’s true when they say that your best ingredient is love.
2. Pre-school teacher —-I adore kids and would love to take masters in Developmental Psychology if there’s a chance.
3. Counselor- would have been a Carl Rogers’ advocate— to accept all people unconditionally.
4. Fitness Instructor—- I torrent a lot of fitness videos from hip hop abs to insanity to body combat to belly dancing. I am not at all fit and was thinking wouldn’t it be nice if your entire life or career, you make a living out of exercising and becoming healthier?
5. Writer—- but will really need to practice. The blog I’m currently maintaining has mainly become a photoblog because I can’t find time to seriously write!

I’m really good at
Making.someone feel cared and loved for…
Fighting for my loved.ones!

The first things people usually notice about me
Guess my smile :)

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
The Bible. Into Song of Ice and Fire series now.

Feel good movies—- i can watch 500 Days of Summer, 50 First Dates.over.and over

The six things I could never do without
Besides family.and friends…..
1.Bible—keeps me sane when all else fails
2.Money—so i can eat and go places.
3. Job- i need it now to save for a future business
…and moving on to girly stuff, i never leave the house, without..
4. My phone and headset
5. Comb -
6. Lipstick which I can also use for blush and eye shadow.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
My dreams, the future and ways how to get there!

The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Uhhhmm..i.don’t kiss and.tell’

Well I am not in panic mode yet, but if you are here now, male and single and you think we can make a good pair—-I won’t give you the hassle of joining a dating site anymore. Just drop me a message here. :D (joking!).  Well, this is one of the reasons why I keep my blogs private. I love writing about my experiences and the experiences of people I know, especially my friends. I turn my heart upside down every time I write and make an honest confession of how I feel, even if it is most of the time embarrassing.  Well I do hope to see you around here and let’s talk about anything under the sun.

This isn’t the best yet. It’s still unwritten. -0-
