Se7en is back on the microphone KPOP fans!

This was first released in Japan last month and I already checked out some of the videos in YouTube. Somebody Else's Korean version doesn't have a music video yet but the Japanese version is out. Surprisingly Se7en knows how to speak in Japanese! Kawaii!!!  Why Can't I Sing is not bad either.
Apologies for not disclosing this before, yes I am a big KPOP fan! I will be posting more about the KPOP stars soon. Annyeong ^_^

Yeah I still haven't gotten over it! This is part two of my so called environmentally friendly entry. I would just like to point out that I am not a Green Peace advocate. This is my own personal effort to " Go Green ". Owning a hybrid car is cool but I can't afford it so here's to saving Mother Earth without spending a penny.

I use these pretty shopping bags as gift bags, so I don't have to spend on gift wrappers which is always torn and tossed away after opening the presents. These bags are from one of my favorite clothing store and I have paper bags too!

I always feel greedy when I see paper towels. I usually pull more than what I need and ended up crumpling the clean ones into a ball then aim for the trash can. Bad! Bad! Bad! Remember tissues come from TREES. Here's a tip: One paper towel is enough to dry your hands. Shake off excess water from your hands before using.

This trash can says it all. If you don't know how to spell or what " Biodegradable " is all about, consult the trash can.

Houston we have a problem..honestly I don't know what to call this or if this actually has a name. I'll just call it " Recycle Bin ". I'm sure you've seen this before at the malls or offices. It's like a drop box for your dead phones or batteries for recycling. Lets leave our electronic trash to the professionals who knows how to dispose it properly and knows what they are doing.
These are old tricks of the trade, that in one way or another may make a big difference. Don't you want to be a part of it? Let me know what you think..

What’s the new year for without any resolution? We've all had our share of frustration, disappointments and sheer surrender with these so called new year's resolution. I simply gave up years ago but lately I saw something that really opened my eyes. It's like hitting two birds with one stone! Yes, I'm finally having one and I intend to keep it!

I am addicted to keeping my atm cash transaction slips and various receipts, don't know why? Yes, I keep those until it turns white or the print out is totally fading. Then I realized I can use the blank side of these pieces of paper for my grocery or shopping list! This way I'm saving on paper and help save the environment! Not bad for a new year's resolution isn't it? It’s worth keeping..so I made a vow to reuse, reduce and recycle this year!!!

Enrique Iglesias and Isabel Preysler 12/10/2011

Please excuse me for writing about another artist of Filipino descent. I promise this isn't going to be a trend. It just so happen that I am a big fan of Enrique Iglesias and his celebrity mother. Well I am pretty sure you know who his father is so lets focus on the mother's side. First, lets talk about Enrique.

Enrique Iglesias a.k.a.Enrique Miguel Iglesias Preysler was born in Madrid, Spain. He is the third and youngest child of singer Julio Iglesias and Isabel Preysler. In 1986 Enrique and his brother were sent to live with their father in Miami for their safety. He attended prep school and eventually went on to study business at the University of Miami.

Enrique did not use his famous lastname when he started his musical career. His father did not know about his plans. Enrique borrowed money from his nanny and recorded a demo cassette tape with two English and one Spanish song. With the help of his father's former publicist, the two promoted the songs under the name - Enrique Martinez, as an unknown singer from Guatemala. A record label called Fonovisa gave him the biggest break of his life. Enrique dropped out of college and went to Toronto to record his first album. On July 1995, he released his first album titled " Enrique Iglesias ". The record sold half a million copies in its first week which rarely happens for albums recorded in a language other than English back then. The number one hit in the US " Bailamos " catapulted him to fame by 1999 and begun his successful crossover into the English music scene.

Before I introduce Enrique's mother, I just wanted to say that I admire her very much. For those who already know her will understand why. She is proudly pinay just like Lea Salonga and Daphne Oseña Paez, my role models. So please do read on and get to know her.

Maria Isabel Preysler Arrastia better known as Isabel Preysler is a Filipina journalist, socialite, and television host. Isabel was born in Manila, Philippines to a wealthy family and attended a private Roman Catholic school. At the age of 16, she migrated to Madrid in Spain and attended Mary Ward College, where she studied accounting. She began working as a journalist for Spanish magazine HOLA in 1970 and her first interviewee was her future husband Julio Iglesias. Their marriage was annulled in 1979. In 1984, she hosted a Spanish lifestyle television programme, appeared and hosted various programs since. She is now happily married to former Spanish Finance Mininster Miguel Boyer.

Isabel continues to be the national spokesmodel for Ferrero Rocher, Suarez jewelry, Manolo Blahnik, Chrysler and Porcelanosa tiles alongside George Clooney in 2006 ad campaign. She was also honored together with Hillary Clinton, Shakira and Yoko Ono for the Women Together Award, which honors women for their contributions to the United Nations. This made her the first Filipino woman in history to win the award.

A favored guest of Prince Charles in England and close friend of Victoria Beckham often photographed shopping with her in Madrid. Readers of Hola magazine voted her several times as the most elegant and best dressed woman in Spain.

According to her interview with the Philippine Daily Inquirer last April 2008, her style is not sophisticated as she try to be as natural as possible. Less is more. On being Filipino and feeling Spanish, she feels very lucky to have grown up in the Philippines. They all speak in Spanish. She always had that mixed combination. On her greatest achievement, her children. All her children know that they are very privileged but if you ever meet them, they are not at all spoiled kids. They always have the things that could not be bought.

Bruno Mars for Bench is old news to Bruno's fans here in Manila. The Filipino-Puerto Rican singer and songwriter now Bench endorser appeared in several billboard as well as a tv commercial for the apparel's khaki campaign. The hottest musician in the planet posed with his trademark shades, piano and fedora.

And if I have my way
I'm going to stay here for life (ah-ah)
                                        For life (ah-ah)

" This City " is my favorite song at the moment and I just found out that Ryan Seacrest likes it too! However that is not the main reason why I wanted to talk about it. Well the talented artist behind this track caught me off guard!

I am talking about Patrick Stump. For those who doesn't know him, he is the lead singer of the famous rock band " Fall Out Boy " (the band is currently on hiatus). No wonder he sounds and looks familiar. Patrick's sleek new look is a far cry from his rocker image and the transformation was amazing! He
looks hot after the weight loss. I just love his trendy haircut minus the sideburns he was sporting during the Fall Out Boy days.

PS successfully launched his solo career as a singer and musician last October 2011 with the release of his album - Soul Punk. Unexpectedly, this is not a rock album. Patrick wrote all the songs and played all the instruments in this solo project. Check out the song's official music video and another one for Area codes on Vevo, where he gave us a tour of his city in Chicago and a glimpse of him making music at the recording studio.

Don't you just love him ?!
